Dear Parents;
Salutes and prayers on this Patriots Day.  I was anxious to put my flag out this morning, but had to wait until it stopped sprinkling.  If you can't tell, I'm very patriotic.  I am an Air Force brat and a proud American.  I fly my flag every day of the year (unless it's raining!) and of course take it down every evening.  Once again, thanks to one of my parents from last year, the children have the opportunity to send pictures overseas to our troops.  This is just one of the projects that we do that humbles me and makes me want to do more.  Your children are in the process of coloring a boy or girl that looks like them with their arms spread wide to give a great big thank you hug to those who are protecting our nation.  Please keep them in your prayers.
